Incident Notification
All member Councils may request access to lodge incidents and claims online.
Once entered, you can be confident that each injury or claim notification has been immediately received by StateCover. We then action the notification according to need.
You may keep a record of notifications by printing and / or saving each form that is electronically lodged. We don't require follow up fax of notifications, but all associated documents (eg. medical certificates), must be sent to StateCover by fax or other means as soon as you receive them.
Real Time Reporting
A standard suite of claims reports are available using password access. Only claims data relating to your Council can be accessed with the password allocated.
Information is constantly updated so you are viewing claims data in "real time".
Monthly claim summary reports can be accessed via the Injury Management page under ‘CATS’.
