StateCover Mutual Ltd has been operating since 2001 as a specialised Workers Compensation insurer of NSW Local Government organisations. As at May 2008 StateCover insured 90% of eligible Councils with a combined workforce of approximately 29,000.
StateCover aims to assist all its insured Councils reduce their Workers Compensation premiums through effective and collaborative claims management and preventative OHS strategies.
